6th grade is a 9 week introduction to Home Economics.  Topics included are Laundry, Hand Sewing, Babysitting and Foods and Nutrition.

7th/8th grade is a Semester elective course that teaches students to someday live on their own. The topics included are Family Studies, Child Development, Consumer Affairs, Clothing Care, Sewing, Housing & Interiors, and Foods and Nutrition.

8th Career Choices is a Semester course designed to help students establish and consolidate their identity and decide what they want to do with their lives.  Students will compile their 10-year plan and store this online for access in the future.
